No. Rates are usually always going up; however, since the storm damage is no fault of your own, it does not affect your rate, as a car wreck or ticket would for car insurance. In fact, some companies will lower your rate because your home is better protected. Contact RWN Roofing to learn more.
This is a great question and one we get asked often. Once we begin the process of removing your shingles, we may find other issues that need to be addressed. However, if we are working with your insurance company, we can correct the problems at the expense of the insurance company. It is almost impossible to know what all will need to be replaced before the roof is removed.
While most architectural shingles have different types of limited lifetime warranty, RWN Roofing also offers a 20 year and a 50 year full replacement cost warranty for any defects on your roof. We also offer our own warranty on labor and workmanship. We offer a 5 year and a 10 year warranty against leaks and any failed workmanship on our part. Talk to your salesman about your options, and what’s best for your home or business.
Our claims are very rarely denied, as we do not file a claim if there is not substantial damage.
Your adjustor will determine whether or not a claim is accepted. Sometimes, if your claim is denied but we feel there is enough damage, we will ask for a different adjustor. Otherwise, we may recommend you wait until after another storm.
Since your roof is the No. 1 protector of your home from weather damage, it must be done right, or long-term problems can arise. RWN Roofing finds the balance between quality protection, and affordable services. Contact us to learn more.
